If selecting any one of these options causes OBS to crash you will need to make a change in Windows 11 which is causing a conflict. Selecting NVIDIA Audio, Video and AR Effects in OBS causes it to crash. 99% of the time it won't but it’s worth double-checking. Now that you have made this change you should reconfigure all of your other filters below it to make sure that the noise filter isn’t causing any problems with them.
